Street light outside 42 Insall Rd not working
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 14:10, Wed 1 March 2017 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 992062.
The street light outside number 42 Insall Road has not been working for several months. The bulb had only been working intermittently for some time (as previously reported). There are now NO WORKING STREET LIGHTS for a large section of Insall Road. Please could you fix this as a matter of urgency. Thank you.

Thank you for your report, can you please confirm the street light numbers you are referring to as not working as per the attached map. We only have two lights logged as not working in Insall Road at the current time.

The sticker in the street lamp has faded and it is unreadable. However ALL the streetlights on Insall Road between numbers 14 and 50 are currently not working, so this lamp is likely to be the number between the two that have already been reported. At least three street lamps are not working and require attention. The close is in total and complete darkness which is especially dangerous at night in the crowded parking area when pedestrians including young children are present. I would consider this an URGENT safety issue. Thanks.

Thank you for the confirmation, due to the number of lights out we have requested our contractor attend and check supply and if this is not the issue to repair as necessary. Thank you

Thanks for repairing the other lights, however lamp 10 outside number 42 (dim light in the centre of the photo) is not lighting up fully. It glows a very dim white but never fully lights. Please could you send someone out to it again. Thanks.
