Severely rutted uneven road surface opposite House name Rosslyn C275 Main Street,Slaley

The road is severely rutted and surface breaking up. It has pot holes and deep ruts over a distance of 15 meters directly opposite Rosslyn. The number of vehicles using this road have increased over the past 24 months and bang and rattle as they cross the uneven surface. The road is used by agricultural vehicles and pickups / vehicles with trailers that actually bounce across the undersurfaces making load noises to an extent that in the early ours of the morning it actually wakes me up and prevents me from getting back to sleep. This is not acceptable. Just within the last two months two men in a van and shovel put some tar down on slaley road but not at this location. The actual surface will require 20 meters of tarmac. Can you please repair as a matter of urgency. Thank you
