Amber bulb on traffic light is not lighting up

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8841172.

Amber traffic light is being skipped when changing from red to green and from green to red. It’s the front left traffic light.

Location is westbound on Woodbridge Road/Ladymead at the set of lights just before Woodbridge Meadows turning, where cars wait to change direction from east to west.
