Large fruit tree in no 31 garden which has branches over-hanging the pavement. This makes it impossible to walk on the pavement with the branches and the fruit all over the pavement. This fruit tree needs to be cut back and the fruit cleared by the owners. I see that this has been reported but no effort has been made to prune tree and clear fruit.
