It's arrived since I last litterpicked the 'mound' a week ago. It's a regular site for tipping as you can back a vehicle up beside the road to the allotments. (There was lots of new waste elsewhere which I've bagged up: I've also left 2 yellow pitter picking bags by the street bin)
