64 St Leonard's Rise has been derelict and unoccupied for years. In recent months a great number of vehicles are regularly parked in the driveway and outside the property, frequently blocking the junction with South Drive. Not sure whose vehicles the are, but it makes it dangerous to turn left into South Drive. Picture is from Google Maps. Vehicles frequently park across the dropped kerb visible in the photo.
