Low hanging branch on Hatch Warren Way cycle path

Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category by Jon Pennycook at 23:57, Fri 11 March 2016

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 786295.

Just to the south of the junction with Sullivan Road, there is a low hanging branch at decapitation height. It is hard to see at night. Please remove the branch, or attach a hiviz warning to it. In addition, there is a branch to the north of the junction which is progressively getting lower. This cyclepath is signposted as part of the National Cycle Network 23, and the main cycle route between Hatch Warren and the town centre.
