Choked gullies

Most of the gullies between "Venturefair" and Mosshouses are once again choked. During heay rain the run-off from this 300m section finds its first escape at the shared driveway between Venturefair and Cluny House causing significant damage to gravel driveway, formal gardens and wooden structures/decking. Recent quote to replace the gravel and unblock drainage & soakaway is £4,500. Prompt response would be appreciated as this repair work cannot proceed until the gullies have been cleaned out. There is also a gully which feeds back into the public drainage system located in the apron of the shared driveway .. this needs cleaned too.
