Along Church Hill, leave's on paths, in the gutters both sides of road and drains blocked. The bottom part of road floods when it rains too

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair.
