Over grown hedges and flower boxes in way

Reported via mobile in the Grass Cutting category anonymously at 04:30, Friday 4 October 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6549815.

Many people commute to Macclesfield hospital on foot or generally use this crossing to get from cumberland street to West park drive. The hedges is overgrown so it is making people walk on the busy road. On Google maps the hedged are cut right back but I suggest if the council can to uproot the trees in this area and expand the pavements they should, it would help pedestrians also when people are at this crossing visibility is poor to see the far right of roundabout.the planters on the metal railings obscure. Cars coming straigh though can't be seem. Suggest the planters are moved to increase pedestrian safety.
