This vehicle has been parked up on Horspath Road for about 3 weeks now,it is untaxed and this street is a permit street,has been ticketed but still not moved

  • Thankyou for your report. I have visited the vehicle and found it does not meet the criteria to be deemed abandoned. I have however completed an offence report for the expired TAX.
