Constant parking blocking road and pavement

.The corner leading from Camellia Avenue onto Dewberry grove is quite blind at the best of times made worse by the speed of people driving on the estate and the fact that a lot of people for some reason drive in the middle of the road...Just had a near head on collision with someone on this bend which is made so much worse with this parking...Today its just 2 cars but often more..This bend becomes completely blind when there are multiple cars parked there...I know there are loads of kids playing around here often aswell...
