I noticed the other day that someone was putting up a fencing next door to the Sweet Jerk fast food shop on College Road. It's a bit of an eye sore and I wasn't sure if it had all the planning permission, as it definitely looks odd and out of place on the road. Could you confirm it's all been approved by the council or does it need any permission? thanks
