Vernolds Croft need to be cleaned, its full of litter

This street and car park has been abandoned. I have never seen it be cleaned. It’s disgraceful, full of litters, mostly caused by people who come to use the car park (working around the city area) then they eat and damp all their rubbish when they left. It’s the shame residents have to live with this, council has to do something.
