Car caught fire here c. 4 weeks ago and the heat caused the tarmac to melt / form a dangerous ridge

Approximately 4-6 weeks ago a car caught fire here, and the fire service came and put out the fire, however once the vehicle was removed, it was clear that the heat from the fire had melted the tarmac, causing it to form a significant raised ridge in the roadway, with metal and other debris from the fire embedded in the deformed surface.
