Now that our bins at Ambassador Bakery Ltd are locked the neighbours are throwing garbage even on top of our bins. The other same type report was closed and passed to your some other teams that didn't solved/fixed anything. The same this is still there. Still no one took the garbage nor did anything there and more garbage is probably going to be thrown there. Please send someone to fix this and take that garbage. Thank you. Kind Regards

  • This problem needs to be managed by our Enforcement Team not our Street Cleansing contractor, so we have closed this report and passed the details on to the Enforcement Team.

  • These canned responses are phrased as though they are from the council, but they are actually from Veolia. I believe this one means it is being passed to the council to deal with.
