There is a "red" phone box near the entrance of Paddington Recreation Ground - Randolph Gate. It is only really used to dump rubbish and I have seen drug use there, so do dot think it is used as a phone box by anyone. It has now been spray painted silver. Can it either be removed entirely or renovated?
