Litter on pavements

There is constant litter on the pavement from neighbours at 74 oakdene road. This happens weekly and is never cleaned. You said that you sorted last week's issue however the fake hair is still on the pavement. This week we have this litter. I will log another issue as I can assure you they will not clean this mess up. We as the neighbours have had enough of this mess and clearing after them for years. Could you please speak to them and send them a warning letter. Thanks
