Large pot hole

A really large pot hole has opened up. Its down a lane just off Northdown Road that leads to council owned garages. The pot hole is pretty deep and needs to be filled in. There's a block of flats next to it and young children ride their bikes around the area, its an accident waiting to happen. Ive included a picture with the approximate what3words location of it. Thank you
