Litter Louts back with a vengence
Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 11:27, Wed 6 November 2013
Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 400756.
Extreme Bouts of Littering by the ramp near the CO-OP still continuing. Its an area where people gather to sit on the wall and then just shower the place in litter. The latest bout of wind dispersed it but its all back again. Just before lunch time seems to be a peak time for the litter louts. It’s happening too regularly now despite a bin being around the corner all be it out of sight of the litter louts. Council "aware" but sadly the litter louts persist.

Sadly the ignorant Littering continues. I'm picking stuff up when I can but what do I pay the council for?

It would seem that at weekends and Half terms this litter problem becomes an epidemic.
The local retail shops in the square should be responsible for cleaning this up or fund a bin right by the stone slab seating area where these nasty litter louts congregate.Posted anonymously at 10:47, Fri 25 April 2014

Constant littering remains high, with broken glass as well as vandalised seating area where concrete slabs recently replaced have been torn up. This area by the co op is turning into a dump.
