A bollard was Broken in a RTA AT THE END OF WOODLANDS AVE SIDCUP DA158HB unfortunately on the way home from the pub a bit drunk I tripped up it breaking my wrist

This dangerous broken pole is still not sorted. I took took a tumble on it at night. Being black on a black tarmac it can't be seen. It presents a hazard to old people in particular and being on the corner pedestrians wanting to cross the road, especially with prams would not be aware of it as they would be watching out for traffic.
