Rotten Tree and other Overhanging trees from Scadbury Park

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3851114.
A tree has recently fallen from Scadbury into out garden and has been cleared by Bromley Council contractors. There is another tree that is in a similar condition and looks rotten (covered in ivy) and I am concerned it could fall and is a risk. There are numerous other trees that over hand our garden from Scadbury that require pruning - I would also appreciate if the condition of these could also be checked. Access from Scadbury is possible but difficult as it is very overgrown at present.
