Wooden post fallen

Wooden post that was installed to stop people parking on the grass verge and to stop dangerous blocking of Porchester Mead road for emergency services, have an issue with one of the posts. The post has rotten away and has potentially been hit but the post has fallen out of its placing. Needs replacement.
