Holes in fence around playground

Something/someone has made 2 holes in the fence surrounding the playground. The holes are next to the footpath to Kings Hall Road and are between the Beck and the gate into the playground. The larger of the 2 is allowing dogs to enter this area and is large enough for a small child to leave the playground unseen. I am concerned that the other hole may be similarly enlarged.
