Large amount of dumped commercial waste

Second week in a row. Another business is using our shop as a dumping location at 25 Dering Street. An amount of 12 bags of mostly Westminster commercial waste bags but also others was dumped yesterday. They have covered up our own First Mile recycling bags which meant ours were not collected. First Mile tend to come between 6-8pm so its possible that the tipping was done prior to that
