Abandoned car, reported to the police three weeks ago. Occupying two parking spaces with a 2-hour parkong restriction, no fine issued

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned Vehicles/Bikes category anonymously at 10:08, Wed 21 September 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3838171.

The owner of the car has been contacted by the police, but he/she has not moved the car for three weeks. It is occupying two parking spaces opposite my house, preventing visitors from parking there for up to two hours (as permitted). No fine has been issued. The police say the car is insured and taxed, and they have contacted the owner, so I had to report it as a parking issue to the council.
