Wall built right up to road
Reported via mobile in the Public Right of Way footpath category anonymously at 21:57, Tue 20 September 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3837329.
The house has built a flower bed with high walls around it in front of their property, taking the public space. The wall is right up to the road meaning there is no way for the public to pass, and is dangerous for cars as it leaves no space by the road side. There was a bad accident there on Sunday when a car flipped over. I believe this construction is illegal and should be taken down.

A newly constructed brick wall is dangerously located next to, if not on the road. It is very close to a bus stop and the brick wall line is significantly forward from the previous line - photo shows previous lines. It looks like signage has been removed to build the wall and possibly extend the property. This needs to be inspected for road and pedestrian safety and possibly planning.
