Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

The newly brick paving in this pedestrian area has been partially dug up and replaced with tarmac and has been left in a filthy condition.The tarmac is not suitable and should be replaced with the brick paving. It is frequented by the children attending St Vincents Primary School each day and used for their drop off and pick up area.
