Blocked drain STILL

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3791870.

Blocked drain in road outside 24 Tubbs Close. Already had out once as there were two drains blocked. Enjoyed the councils honesty in my email telling me drains were unblocked. Why the email couldn’t be honest and say 1 drain unblocked and 1 still blocked. Very disappointed with outcome. Not due to drain not being cleared but the B/S email and lie from the council. Sort it out and try to do things without the B/S. People would be more understanding and have the want to help.
