Street lights not working

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3786337.

Street lights outside No. 7 and No. 12 Mertoun Terrace, Seymour Place not working and haven't been for some time makes it so dark when walking my aged mother or dog at night and would appreciate that they get fixed as a matter of urgency - especially now that its staring to get dark earlier.
