Bridge rotted and moving

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The bridge has rotted the rotted wood moved when you ho onto it and the wood is falling apart this is dangerous to cyclists and also when wet the boards become very slippery this bridge needs closing and repairing as a matter of urgency its a health and safety hazard i nearly got thrown off my bike on it on Monday

  • Bromley can confirm that we are currently looking into this footbridge as part of a Greenwich to Kent House cycle scheme, our contractor has also been made aware of the recent assessment of the structure and instructed to prioritise the proposed remedial works.
