Can you spot the drain ??

I sent a report about this on 25th July but have had no acknowledgement so I'm reporting this again. The drain opposite nos. 48/50 Church Road, Whitchurch is again covered with vegetation. Could you clear it again as the last time it was cleared was last November. I believe you did try clearing it last year by a sweeper but it obviously needs cutting back and not sweeping away. If we are due for downpours this week then it needs sorting out asap.
