3 Wheelie Bins

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3749867.

3 wheelie bins have appeared outside the property on Foxgrove Road. These have now been there for a number of months and do not belong to any of the flats in the block I reside. They appeared after the strong winds that we had a number of months ago so likely that they were blown down the street. However these have now not been emptied and have been filled up by passers by - these are now full and attracting flies and I imagine potential vermin.
