The occupier of 26 Thorndon Road St Pauls Cray BR5 2SL has refused to cut back his overgrown hedge, it is obstructing pedestrians passing including disabled wheelchair users, if a vehicle is parked next to the hedge people cannot pass. He is a prolific offender.
