Sunny Saturday afternoon on a quiet, short, residential street. The senseless, repeated idling of this car fills the air and residents' homes with toxic fumes. In addition, this noise from an engine running for no reason causes constant nuisance. Last time 30 minutes, today about 10 minutes. I also recorded a video of this car idling.
