Overgrown weeds and plants damaging the pathways

The roads have been left the overgrow. Some weeds and plants are over 1foot in height. They are visibly damaging the pathways. It needs to be sorted. Surrounding areas aren’t anywhere nearly as bad. It needs to be addressed as some plants are now turning into trip hazards. Could you please let me know when these will be addressed
