Trip hazards and difficulty accessing vehicle parked with disabled Blue Badge displayed

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 16:45, Sun 31 July 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3720079.

I look after two disabled persons, one partially sighted and one needing a mobility scooter. Accessing Beckenham Place Park from the entrance near the tennis courts is very dangerous - wheels of mobility scooter clipped the rocks placed on pavement, causing sudden jolt to elderly female undergoing palliative care. Also partially sighted young adult needs a guide to make sure he stays in centre of path due also to the rocks being a trip hazard. There are many examples of houses who mark the edge of the road and pavement neatly and safely. My problem is just caused by houses who have random rocks on pavement and random logs at kerbside. Please assist in making this safe for all park walkers
