Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3701402.

Large rubbish bags of mixed plastic appearances containing mainly commercial food retailer waste dumped. Might want to check on whether it’s coming from the retail caravans located on the canal on the other side of the the foot bridge. Issue has been on going for at least 10 months. Could you speak with all the retailers in the immediate area about this and place a sign at that spot saying “ no dumping of rubbish here “. Thank you
