Pavement grossly distorted, uneven near stream

The pavement is dangerously distorted and uneven to the point it is impossible to use in a wheelchair, if pushing a pushchair or you are visually impaired or unstable on feet. You are forced to walk in road or cross to other side very close to the junction from the busy Hawkfield Rd. The issue has been there for many months and is getting worse due to cars, vans and even very large lorries parking there.
