PRoW footpath sign needed to counter intimidating land owner signs

There is a junction here between a Public Right of Way footpath (coming from Green Lane )and Kemnal Road which is privately maintained. The PRoW continues along Kemnal Road but there are no council signs at the junction.
1) the intimidating landowners signs (about access, cctv and private property) make it appear there is no right of way which heads NW on Kemnal Rd here and
2) There are 3 possible directions which the PRoW might follow, all along private roads. Two of them head in roughly the right direction so it is particularly unclear which is the correct route to take. This accentuates the impression that neither is correct and that is no Public Right of Way. Bromley Council's PRoW policy says that "Paths and other routes should be well maintained, promoted and signposted to enable easy access to the countryside, parks and open spaces, as well as ecologically diverse wildlife corridors" but without any footpath signs here this path is suppressed instead of promoted, people can only use it if they already know that it is legally a RoW or if they are willing to risk trespassing despite the intimidating signs.
Please install a fingerpost sign so that this footpath will appear legal to use.

I agree with the observations and recommendation of the report originator and that it would be ‘helpful’ to have clear confirmation, by suitable signage, that where the PRoWs exist given the plethora of “security apparatus” and “warning signs” that have appeared in recent times along this section of Kemnal Road.....
