Paddington Station STINKS of tobacco smoke.

Reported via desktop in the Street works and obstructions category anonymously at 22:50, Sun 3 July 2022

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3644592.

Paddington Station STINKS of tobacco smoke. Why does GWR / NR / Crossrail / T4L et al allow smoking in the street leading down from Praed Street into the Station? The stench blows directly into the Concourse. And most smokers indulge directly in front of the No Smoking signs - without any challenge. This is not only affecting the health and well-being of non-smokers passing in and out of the Station, the fag ends litter the pavement and roadway making an unsightly mess.
