This unroadworthy vehicle comes under the category of an abandoned vehicle It's hasn't moved in months & is unroadworthy. It's causing inadequate street parking & affecting people's mental health The law states it must be roadworthy to be kept on a public highway despite it be taxed & MOT exempt See www.gov.uk abandoned vehicle UK Many thanks
