Please remove abandoned and dirt ridden/ seriously neglected Black BMW X4 with Belgian VRN 1-RFZ-801 illegally parked in the road outside 49 Great Cumberland Place. City of Westminster Parking Permit expired on 17 September 2021. See attached photos taken 19 June 2022.
