Piermont has once again erected fencing on the road forcing pedestrians to walk into the middle of the road

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 11:26, Friday 27 May 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

For some reason the fencing has re appeared. The fencing is unsightly, dangerous as it forces pedestrians to walk in the middle of the road and I suggest illegal as I believe blocking a road would normally require some form of permitting from the council. It is also on the corner of an intersection which constricts traffic needlessly. One day someone will get injured as a result of this for no good reason.
