Drain is still loose despite workingman trying to fix last week

Myself and a neighbour reported a loose drainage cover on the corner of Frederick Place (Kingsmill Business Park) at the start of last month. I saw some workman there last week, however the issue still remains, it clatters exceptionally loudly everytime a vehicle drives over it (on the busy London Road this is about every 15-20 secs on average) which is driving me and my neighbours to dispair, especially when trying to work from home - please can this be fixed ASAP

  • This still has not been fixed and is now even worse/louder. The constant clattering is making it very challenging to concentrate when working from home and also impacting my sleep (I'm sure others too) - this has been going on for long enough and needs to be fixed ASAP please.
