Build a car park for cwmfelin primary

Build an off road car park for this school. Everyday mile long tail backs caused by the school finishing and the lollipop man in and out of the road every 2 seconds. This is also made worse by the round about which is used by people picking up their kids and turning around to go back to maesteg which then doesn’t allow people to join on to the round about making the boys tail back worse. In honesty just knock the school down and build it somewhere else. On the main road is no place for it.
