Weeds/nettles encroaching public footpath

Public footpath which runs from Edgebury along Belmont open space by allotments through to Kemnal road has been severely restricted due to the growth of weeds and nettles. This can only get worse a# the growing season gathers pace.

  • The top part of the footpath along the allotments has been cut back however where the footpath meets Kemnal Road by Brook House, the nettles have not been touched. These are now touching either side of you as you walk pass.

  • I walked the route today and the nettles at Kemnal Road end adjacent to the land owned by Brook House, is very much still overgrown!
