Overgrown Grass

Overgrown grass that BANES are failing to cut and maintain in a timely manner. BANES constantly neglect this area for regular cutting resulting in weeds approximately 2 feet tall growing and an unsightly area. When they do then cut it after many months it ends up looking awful with piles of dead grass.
