Trees are over hanging property and roof and require lopping to avoid damage to the roof/chimney. Please keep in mind recent large branch which you had to cut down in the week of the 4th April.

Resident has called back. The tree is located to the side of property Delwood, Chislehurst Road, BR7 5LE. Between residents property and Logs Hill Junction there is a green area with a public footpath around it which is where the tree is located.

While you dealt with the broken branch over the public footpath this was a separate inquiry reported to you in April. You have not dealt with the overhanging branches per my last report of the 12th September. Your contractor visited site to deal with the overhanging branches and advised he could not action the work safely and would require a "cherry picker" to proceed. He said he would report back to you. This inquiry has now been outstanding for c 7 months. Please action immediately otherwise you will leave me with little alternative but to suspend council tax payments until the work has been completed.
