Hedge outside 95 Parkview Road causing an obstruction

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3316198.

This hedge has been overgrown since the new occupant of 95 Parkview Road moved in. The past occupant used to regularly do their civic duty and trim the hedge. It is currently growing across the pavement, making it very narrow and not possible for individuals to walk side by side on this section of pavement.

This person that lives on 82c Green lane is always fly tipping his rubbish in other people's bins. Been reported before but don't know if the council have contacted them as they continue to fly tipping.
